In the Middle School, students learn to use IT more extensively for their work.

In Personal Development session, students continue to learn about Online Safety, with a focus on the 4Cs, Contact, Conduct, Content and Commerce.

Middle School students are allowed to bring Smart Phones to School, but may not use their phone at any time without a teacher’s permission. Middle School students have access to securely monitored computers in the Library before and after school, and at break and lunchtimes.

At the end of Year 10, Year 11 students are introduced to the Sixth Form Digital Strategy and receive a presentation on how they will use digital devices in Sixth Form. A parent session takes place at the start of Year 11, and parents are invited to explore the software and devices students will use.

A Middle School Parents Online Safety session is run every September.
